In 1989, Adam founded what is now Weston Graphics, Inc. Adam currently oversees business development activities for Weston Graphics, as well as other entrepreneurial ventures. Adam has focused on building a team of talented, driven individuals to contribute their talents to the company’s continued growth and success.
Ashley DownsStaff Accountant Production Assistant
Ashley is in charge of most financial tasks and responsibilities for Weston Graphics, including accounts, collections, cash-flow planning and budgeting. Ashley is also a production assistant for our art directors. Ashley is a graduate of California State University-Northridge, and holds a degree in Finance.
Print Design & Production
Ernie CavazosArt Director
Ernie brings large design firm concepts to small business graphics. With nearly 14 years of experience, Ernie believes that every client, big or small, deserves high-class, Madison Avenue-worthy marketing and design. From corporate identity and branding to product packaging to catalogs and brochures, his approach is always the same—give the clients more than they ask for, and design more than they actually see. His knowledge of print production also ensures that any design a client selects will works within their budget and timeframe.
With over 20 years of experience in graphic design, Jason strives to bring enthusiasm, personalized service and outside-the-box thinking to Weston Graphics’ valued clientele. Originally from Kaneohe, Hawaii, Jason currently lives in Los Angeles with his fiancé, six fish and a bunch of Macs.
Web Design & Production
Nick GallopWeb Development Director
Nick is the lead project manager and web producer for Weston Graphics. As such, he works with clients to establish a general framework and a cohesive navigation structure for their websites. Nick is a graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
Nicholas BrownWeb Design Director
Nicholas is our head web developer and interface designer. His duties also include precision project management. Nicholas brings engaging interactive media to life with award-winning concepts. As Weston Graphics’ web design director, Nicholas shapes our strategic foundations into innovative and creative design solutions that deliver the client’s message with strength and impact. Nicholas is a graduate of Gibb's College in Boston, Massachusetts, with a degree in Visual Communication.
Shipping & Fulfillment / Logistics & Transportation
Joseph HidalgoDistribution, Logistics and Production Manager
Joseph is responsible for the management of both inbound and outbound materials, parts, supplies and finished goods. His duties include, but are not limited to, production scheduling, forecasting, customer service, order entry, inventory control, and product allocation among customers. Joseph brings a continued commitment to excellence and a dedication to perfection, and strives to serve the needs of his customers and associates. Joseph is a graduate of Maric College in Panorama City, California, and holds a diploma in Computer Information Technology and Support.
